Forged Alloy Limited Lifetime Warranty
Forged Alloy warrants that all wheel spacer products we manufacture and sell will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of such a defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge, including one-way shipping, for the lifetime of the product.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Forged Alloy to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not return products without an RA number. Along with the RA number, include the original purchase receipt and proof of payment when returning the product. Upon receipt, we will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the product. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped to you at our expense, or a full refund will be issued.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage to any vehicle, structure, or property, or any injury to persons, occurring in
connection with the use of our products.
• Damage resulting from failure to adhere to the manufacturer's specified torque settings during installation.
• Situations where the wheel does not sit perfectly flush on the spacer, which may
require trimming factory studs to ensure proper fitment.
• Products that have been abused, misused, neglected, altered, modified, improperly maintained, or damaged in an accident.
• Returns without an RA number or without the original purchase receipt and proof of payment.
Note: Some applications require that factory studs be trimmed to allow the wheel to sit perfectly flush on the spacer. Failure to do so can cause vibration and other issues, which are not covered by this warranty.
